Hey Adrenaline Junkies
So every Wednesday I will be posting a video with Robbie. He has been an Adrenaline Junkie for 10 months now and the drive and passion in him is amazing. He comes out weekly and pushes his limits just a little more every class and he has had some awesome results not only in his physical appeal but his strength, power and agility too. You will notice he's got great forum in all the drills we will be doing and the height and bounce in his step is right on point.
So this is a 10 min. non- stop interval workout. You will go as hard as you can and write down how many full sets you got through in 10 mins. Now if you have to stop and take a sec. to breath or a sip of water that is fine... but the clock is ticking and your goal is to get as many sets in the 10 min. that you can. In Three weeks I want you to try this again and see how much you have improved. Robbie did 6.5 sets.. going as hard as he could with one quick water break, he was pretty gassed after.
20 Power Squats These 4 exercises (making 70 reps a set) done non stop for 10 mins.
20 Power Lunges
10 Burpees w Pushup
