Med. ball core workout


Hey guys,

so check out todays video its a great way to change things up with your core routine, you can do these with a partner or against a brick/cement wall. These med balls come in many different weights so make sure to start out at a comfortable weight it does get harder as you get going through sets.

Its fun to workout with someone and can be very motivating.
