10 modifications of the Pushup




Hey Adrenaline Junkies,

We have posted here a video that will show you 10 modifications of the pushup. These are all great exercises that will keep your muscles confused and your body and core tight. Personally my favourite is the Tricep pushup, I really feel it in my tris and I have had some excellent definition from doing these on a weekly basis. Joe loves the staggered pushups adding that blast of power between each rep really kicks it up and gives you a great burn after. Its great to do these all together as one big set but you can also mix them up into your workouts too.

Here's a great combo for you; If you are someone who loves doing cardio on your treadmill, next time try jumping off after every 10 mins and doing 2 or 3 of these pushup sets and then jump back on and repeat every 10 mins. :) This keeps your heart rate up and your muscles getting a great pump all at the same time.
