On Spot Body Blast!!!
Hey Adrenaline Junkies,
OK so todays workout is an on spot body blast. I love this workout..it is exactly the kind of thing I do myself either at home or at the gym. So I did one set here , so try to aim for 3 if not all in a row (after a little break between each) then mix it into your cardio or through out your day.
Have fun with this one..you can even add some abs in before or after each set too, let me know how you do and how it made you feel after.
