What an amazing day we had here in Windsor/lakeshore yesterday!!! Our first classes outside and even though there was some rain we had a blast and killer workouts too!!!
So todays workout video, is a full -length 8 min non- stop challenge, you will want to stop and rest..but you can't just slow down your speed if you have too.. but don't give up!!!
If all these Junkies can do it so can you!!!
