What an awesome week of training.. I feel amazing, I hope you guys are too!!
Todays video is done in my yard and it involves a box. So if you have a step or a stair master, something at the gym or anything of that sort try these exercises out. These are great for adding power into your legs for sports, adding definition and lean muscle into those stems of yours!!!
If you are a beginner you may want to use a lower step especially for those full box jumps, and for athletes try going even higher!
30sec. on 10sec. off GO HARD!!!!!
-Simple step ups
-Full box jumps
-1 leg drops (with power)
