Metabolic motions







Hey Adrenaline Junkies,

I hope you are all having an excellent weekend!!! Spring is here and the warm weather is around the corner.  I am very excited to get are Adrenaline Bootcamps outdoors and on those hills and in the sand.  It will be a whole new shock on our bodies and the fresh air feels amazing!!

So todays workout is an excellent set of drills that I want you to do in 30 sec. intervals 3 times through.  The Star squats are a bit advanced, just remember you can always use your knees even if its just for the last few.  its better to drop the knees and keep going then it is to completely stop or have poor forum.

Workout Breakdown:
      -30 sec. on 10sec. off
- Duck-unders & drive
- Crunch squats (30sec. each leg)
- Star pushups
- Plank drills
     -walks (left/right/up/down)
     -twist & squeeze
     -hoover
     -shuffles
