Here we are with Jenny. She is 26 weeks preggo and she looks and feels amazing.
I am so proud of her, she is the most motivated and driven women I have ever met, still at our bootcamps 2 times a week kicking it up at Suicide Hill..keeping right up with us all. She is smart and safe with her exercise choices and never lets her heart rate get too high.
These breathing exercises are a great way to mentally prepare before you workout and after. We were doing about 15-20 reps of each exercise taking it slowly and breathing in and out on each rep. Like Jenny said you don't want to hold more then 20 lbs so no more then 10 lb weights in each hand.
