I felt great after todays workout.. it was short but it gave me so much energy and made me feel great for the rest of the day. You have to try this one out... even do it 2-3 times if you have time.
So today was day 1 of my 5 day Reset cleanse and I am feeling great... ok I miss my cereal in the am and pm and my peanut butter... i love my cereal and peanut butter.. but I can do this. I am already feeling great and have a positive vibe about it all. :D
Get this workout on..tell me how it made you feel and how many times through you did it!!! This interval training is an awesome way to challenge your body and the results you will have are great... you body burns calories for hours and hours after.
