Full Body Workout - Core , Legs

Hey Junkies,

I felt great after todays workout.. it was short but it gave me so much energy and made me feel great for the rest of the day. You have to try this one out... even do it 2-3 times if you have time.

So today was day 1 of my 5 day Reset cleanse and I am feeling great... ok I miss my cereal in the am and pm and my peanut butter... i love my cereal and peanut butter.. but I can do this. I am already feeling great and have a positive vibe about it all. :D

Get this workout on..tell me how it made you feel and how many times through you did it!!! This interval training is an awesome way to challenge your body and the results you will have are great... you body burns calories for hours and hours after.

    Yea I have 3 classes on the Holiday monday.
    9am at Puce Hill (next to fire hall on e.c rd)
    10:30am Stroller-fit at Belle River Pier
    6pm at Suicide hill in Windsor 9corner of Littleriver & Riverdale)

    Yea those gymboss timers are the best.. love mine. You can buy it right through my site ...just go to the AxFit Store and click on the gymboss link and follow the directions there..really easy and its only $19 .

Hi Danielle, I like this full body workout that you posted Monday May 16th, you have given me a new approach to workouts, I've been doing the same video tape exercises for years,.....and my body is so used to them and they aren't working anymore,'s great to have met you and will get to your boot camps whenever I can as a drop in student , a newbee !!!! only have been to one so far and could feel it burning all day long...and know it works!
