Shoulder Rotator Cuff Injury Prevention



Hey All Adrenaline Junkies!!!

HAppy Mothers Day!!!

I hope you all had a great day and everyone got some great rest in this weekend because we are going to kick it up hard this week in training... both online and in class!!!

Todays workout is all about your shoulder rotator cuff's and this workout will help prevent injuries. It will also help you with your posture and toning in your arms. This workout is a win-win !! It is not physically demanding but is a great routine to practice on a weekly basis.

For body builders who are lifting heavy weights, factory or office workers who are doing repetitive movements at work all day. Moms who are holding there babies and multi tasking and of course athletes, especially ones that are doing a lot of over head movements and checking. I can say it enough this workout is great for everyone!!!!

You can pick up one of these stability balls almost everywhere and there is an endless amount of exercises you can do on it and I will post a video in the next week or so that will demonstrate just that!!! Its also a great seat to sit on at your computer at home or while your watching your favourite T.v shows.

Do this one.. and feel the effects and strength you will build!!
