Plyo Panks



Good day Adrenaline Junkies,

Its Monday and let us all have a great start to our weeks!!! Working out is a great way to kick start your week and make you feel confident and energetic so your ready for anything your week will bring.

Todays workout is with Joey, he's doing a plyo plank workout where there is a lot of up and down movements that will get your heart up and stay up. Try this style out and see what you think, for those of you that have been to my bootcamp classes we have done something similar before and we all found it challenging.

Breakdown:
1 min on/ 20sec off
- 3x Burpies -> plank walks -> 3x pushups
- 3x Pike tucks -> plank suicide walks -> 3x pushups
- 1 min. bicycle crunches
- 20/20/20 pushups
- Butt lifts/ crunches
