Hey Adrenaline Junkies,
It's friday and we had an excellent week of training, I hope you all pushed your limits and are focusing on your goals!!! Today's workout is awesome, its a great way to work your core and it is going to burn like hell after. I've done this slow ab workout a few times in the past week and I have more definition then I normally do.. so I am going to keep adding this into my weekly exercises.
you really have to remember to breath...every rep in and then out, it will help you to get through the sets and prevent headaches and dizziness while training.
