CORE


HEy Junkies,

Today is a core workout and its 15 rep of pushups and 15 reps of a type of plank. It's intense but its only 6 mins and you feel amazing after. Try it out then go do some cardio for a complete workout for the day. I love this workout, it's intense but feels so good. You definitely have to push yourself through this one... physically and mentally.
