Body Blast 6 - 10 rep drills


Hey Junkies,

Hope your having a great week and your getting some great workouts in and your body is feeling tight!! I love this workout here today and its a great way to train and mix things up quick and keep your body moving and muscles confused!!!

Ok so lets push our limits today, try this workout and keep up with me.... all the moves flow together well and you will feel a burn!!!
