Today's workout is with Joey Garland and its a great core Half-pyramid workout, try it out and push yourself through it without stopping. You can do it!!
Workout breakdown:
Work your way through the pyramid from levels 1-10 , if you really want to kick it up try bringing the levels back down to 1 to finish a Whole-Pyramid. Love this one!!
