Hey Adrenaline Junkies,
I thought we would start the week off with a great core workout. Follow along with us as I put Joey through 7 mins of non stop core exercises, from pushups to plank to 4.point drills. This can be a great way to warm up before an upper body workout or as an actual workout but add some more ab exercises at the end.
