This is a great way to change up your cardio and work your arms and core too. Bear crawls are a challenge and by adding the 4 point drill at each end really pushes your limits. Now you can do this flat or like I did on hill side.
In my classes sometimes we do it right to the top of the hill then do some power squats or lunges ect then bring it right back down . Try this one out... see the effects from it.
