Outdoor Workout circuit!



Hi guys,

I wanted to share some of the great drills we are doing in class for those of you that can't make it to our classes these are all exercises you can do too... if you don't have a hill at a park near you , you can still do them on flat land. Interval training is great and changing up the drills from station to station is a great way to keep your heart rate up and your whole body moving!!
