Agility Ladder - Sports Performance
check out this awesome agility ladder workout. Great for anyone who is involved in any sport, if your competitve or if it is just for fun...these drills will increase your game!!! They also will help prevent injuries by increase your speed and agility int he game.
I recommend the ladder drills for everyone, its a great way to get your heart rate going. You can add pushups or power jumps in at the end of each ladder or after a set.
