Core Combo- Pushups/ Abs

Hey Junkies,

Summer is here and I hope you are all feeling as great as I am!!! :p

Today's workout is all core.... rotating from a pushup exercise to an abdominal exercise with a 25 sec interval. Your goal is to do as many reps as you can in the 25 sec but with correct form .
