Body Blast 6 - 10 rep drills

Hey Junkies,

It's a new week so set a new goal... and challenge yourself to reach it.

Today's workout is a full body blast that only takes 10 mins to get through and your whole body will feel it. Add this one in before or after your cardio, hey if you don't have time for cardio even doing this 10 min blast is better then nothing. So follow along with me!!!
