Body Blast 6 - Full body workout

Hey Junkies,

Full body Blast today!!

Follow with me through this one pushing yourself... its a 4 min workout with both sets then add some core and cardio in and then do the 2 sets again.. its very easy to make sets up like this then just pick a number of reps or a length of time and push through it !!!

Adding some of these moves between machines at the gym is a great way to kick up your routine!
