Doing the same old circuit at the gym can be very boring for you and your body. Our bodies strive for change and feed off it!!! You have to keep things fresh and push outside of your norm every now and then!!!
Setting up a circuit in your yard or park can be very easy and so much fun. If you don't have transport tires...lol well no worries but theres a lot you can do with some single weights, bands or a sandbag that you can make up for $1.
