Hey Adrenaline Junkies,
Today I wanted to share with you a little video of what I do with the Spits during the off season. WE kick it up pretty hard at the hill and the respect and dedication i get from them is awesome. For those of you who are athletes who are serious about your sport you have to put in that extra training all year round.. especially in the off seasons. So when you get back at it you are a step ahead of a lot of people and you feel more then prepared mentally and physically. Hit up a park by your house with a tire, sandbag, pylons.. whatever just get creative and try to workout a little everyday!!!
