Today I wanted to share with you one a workout that anyone could do on your own at a park. All you need is something to use for the markers. You can do any kind of drill at the pylon and any kind of cardio movement to the pylons.. get creative.
My members find this one very tough but they love the way they feel after. For kids or adults in sports this is an excellent workout for you to build your endurance, agility, start-stop and more.
