Workout Pyramid

Hey guys,

Today's workout is a pyramid of pushups, plank suicides/drops and supermans. It might sound easy but its not.. try it out and see if you can make it too the end of the pyramid without dropping your knees during the pushups and planks stuff.

This workout is awesome.. it's one of my favourite!!!!
