Firm that Body!!!



Hey Adrenaline Junkies,

Todays workout is a full body routine using an old weight plate, you can substitute it with a regular weight. We are going 10-20 reps... and this is for body sculpting , its also a great way to warm up your body before you do a lift at the gym or before a run. If you add some more core and then some cardio that would be a great workout for the day!!!
