Advanced abs 2 - full length workout



hey Junkies,

Check out this Advanced ab workout.. then kick it up with me!!! Make sure to stretch and warm up before we get going. You can use any size of weights and try to do as many sets as you can in the 30 sec intervals.

So it's September so I hope you have some new goals set for the fall season. Stay focues and keep pushing hard everyday!!!
