Body Blast 8 - Full body Interval workout

Hey Junkies,

Check out todays workout.. its a full body blast done in 12 min. Your heart rate will be going the whole time and by using all the different muscles it will change things up enough that you will be able to get through it without stopping!!!

You can use any size of weights or even do it without weights. Kick this one up guys... and try to get as many reps in each set that you can!!!
