5 min plank drills

Hey Adrenaline Junkies,

Ok so Joe and I have a 5 min workout for you and you will feel like giving up many times but you just have to push through the set. Keep your body straight, shoulders over elbows and don’t forget to breath. If you absolutely feel you can’t go on then drop one knee or even two, but do NOT let your belly fall to the ground. You can do it and you will feel so proud after you are done. Joe and I do plank drills at least 2-3 times a week pre or post workout. Its a great way to warm your core up for the workout but also a great finisher too. If you find that 30 sec. is too long for each drill start off with 15 sec. intervals and then work yourself up each time you do it.
