Ash Attack

Hey Adrenaline Junkies,

Todays workout is with Ashley, she has been an Adrenaline Junkie for about 10 months and she tears it up in every class. I am honoured to train her and so happy to have her apart of Team AxFit.

So these exercises are full body drills that will leave your heart rate pumping and your body feeling awesome when your done. As I mention in the video the superman's are an excellent exercises that EVERYONE and should be practiced 2-3 times a week. Back pain is common amongst many people both young and old, so why not help prevent it our reduce it by making this exercise part of your life. It will strengthen your back and core in so many ways and you will feel so much more powerful in your daily life. Hauling groceries, gardening, carrying your kids... etc will become less stressful on your back and you will become more efficient in life!!!

My Challenge to you is to try these superman exercises 3 times a week for 3 weeks and then send me a message letting me know how you feel!!! I can promise you that your posture will be more attractive and your power and confidence will be increased!!! :D

So kick these drills up and try to do this set 3 times through with a break in between each whole set.
