Sometimes it can be hard to stay right on with your fitness and keep motivated too.. we all have those odd days where we feel lazy or just not in the mood to workout. So this workout is short.. One set is under 4 mins. and you can easily bust out that 3 times even on an off day. It is just enough to get your body moving and your heart pumping and will help boost your mood too!!
If your including it into a workout at the gym then you can put this set in just about anywhere... mix it up with your cardio or between sets on the machines. If your at home then add some abs in between the sets or some of the plank work we did last week.
