Body Blast

Hey Adrenaline Junkies,

Today we are doing another high intensity body blast, this is done in little space with no equipment. Go as hard as you can in each drill for 30 sec. then you get 10sec. to recover and then back at it hard for the next drills. This type of training is great for everyone and all will benefit from it. As long as you push your self hard and don't hold anything back. You will notice your heart rate will be get up their and that is exactly what you want just make sure you feel comfortable especially if you are new to this type of training. Remember you can alter the interval times, if you are new to working out you may need longer rest between each set and that is fine just make sure to slowly push yourself a little more each workout.
