200 rep Ab Workout

Hey Adrenaline Junkies,

I had a great day playing football today with some really great people and honestly I felt like a kid again. I am going to try to organize some group sports like this in the summer, it was so much fun!!

Ok so for our Easter weekend homework I would like you guys to try this 200 rep Ab workout. It a great way too work that core after eating all that chocolate, stuffing, pies and all the great Easter Treats.

Push hard...don't quit and feel the burn baby!!!
