Today's post is for all your preggos out there. Jennys 23 weeks and feeling better then ever!!! Try these ones out , Hip exercises are great to do when you are pregnant just always remember to take your time and go slow.
For all you Junkies try one of my videos out from last week..or anyone of them really. take 5-10 mins today to kick it up ...even with your kids or parents!!! Holidays are a great time to hang with your family and exercising can be a lot of fun with each other!!
Be thankful for everything you have in Life, because its a miracle to be here on this earth!!
