5 min. Leg Blaster


Hey Adrenaline Junkies,

It's hump day, so lets's give those legs of yours a blastin'!!!

This workout was tough.. my legs were burning during it but felt awesome after it was done. Our legs and glutes are the biggest muscles in our body so they burn the most calories well working them out. Try this 5 min intense leg blast out and tell me how you felt after.. or even the next day..lol!!

We are going to be posting a video on proper forum this week so you can make sure you are doing your squats, lunges and pushups properly with out the risk of hurting yourselves.

Ok have fun with this one and keep pushing your limits.
