AxFit with Robbie 3


Hi Adrenaline Junkies,

What a great week of training!!! I would love to hear how you are all doing with these workouts, please leave us some comments below these posts!! Also if there is ANYTHING you would like to see done ex; treadmill workouts, stability ball...etc you just have to mention it and it will be done!!

So today's workout is 5 advanced drills that are great for your core and done with no equipment. Set your timers for 30 sec. on and 10-15 sec. off and power through these sets trying to do as many reps as you can in the 30 sec. period. High intensity interval training is awesome and a great way to keep your heart rate going pretty much the whole time and confusing those muscles too.

Enjoy this work out, try it out today even if you only have time for one set. Hey if your at home with the kids get them involved too, a great way to show them that exercise is important and its a great way to spend time and can actually be a lot of fun for both of you!!!

Workout breakdown
30 sec. of each exercise x 4 sets

- Sprinters
- Side burpies
- Knee pop ups with power squat
- Lateral Power Pushups
- Plank hold (w partner pushes)
