So Jenny the Nurse is 20 weeks pregnant and she is feeling better then ever!! She's actually got a big exam today so I want to wish her the best on that and I know she will Ace it!!!
Please remember if you are pregnant and you have never worked out before and you have decided to just get active now, please take it very slow and make sure to speak with your physician before starting any workout program. These post are solely on how I train Jenny and for you to use as a reference only.
These pelvic tilt exercises are very safe and can be practiced by most and a great way to get your hips moving and preparing for labour.
Going for walks is also another great way to stay fit well your pregnant, especially if your new to working out.
Next week we will be working the Hips out with Jenny, this will help you from feeling pain as these area's are shifting in your body!!!
