Today's post is from my dynamic warmup I did early this morning in preparation to my LFL tryouts, so if you have a big event going on this is something you will want to do early the morning of. This is also a great routine to do on a recovery day if you had an intense workout or game the day before.
We would even suggest doing this kind of thing 2-3 times a week especially if you are training as hard as we do in Adrenaline!!
