Plyo core Drills

Hey Junkies,

Another great day with lots of time to fit a workout in and feel great and motivated. Todays is a 5 min intense interval workout with a box/step and if you can try to attempt it 3 times through. Either way you have to push as hard as you can at a steady pace for the whole 30 sec. take the 10 sec. to recover and then move on.

Workout Breakdown:
30 on / 10 off
- Quick feet
- Shuffle Touches
- Shoulder Pushups
- Box power Squat (on/off)
- Box Burpies
- Box Pushups
