Sexy Abs



Hi Adrenaline Junkies,

I hope you are all enjoying your weekend!

I am posting a short video for you to do at some point this weekend. It took my under 5 mins and my stomach was feeling awesome after.

Its 4 abdominal exercises doing the first 2 together as a combo for 3 sets then the next 2 as a combo for a second set. Each exercise is done in 15 reps alternating from one to the other 3 times through. Sounds confusing i know, but it really isn't. Check out the video to see what I mean and get down and get it done!!!

Make exercise part of your daily life even if its only for a few mins!!!
