Workout for Beginners 2

Hey Adrenaline Junkies,

It's Monday here so every Monday we will be posting a Beginners workout for you guys for the week. Your goal is to do this workout 3 times this week with some cardio, then next week the same thing but with the new workout.

Let's have a great week and set some new small goals, write them down and stick to them.
