'Body moving'



Another Beautiful day Adrenaline Junkies,

I hope you are having as good a morning as I am. I had a great workout this morning and hope you all try it out with me. Working on spot like i do in this video is a quick way to get your body moving and by rotating from a cardio drill to legs, arms, abs etc.. will keep your heart rate up and your muscles confused.

Now along with your fitness don't forget your nutrition!! What you eat is just as important... if not more, so get on top of this in your life and be proud!
