Spitfires Gym with Joe, workout

Hey Adrenaline Junkies,

Its wednesday and my workouts have been going great and our bootcamps here in the Windsor area have been awesome and it feels great to get outside again . :D

Todays video is with Joe in the Spitfires gym he is doing a light upper body workout, by combining biceps, shoulders and triceps. 20 reps of each rotating through those muscle groups.

Check it out and see how easy it is to put exercises together to make some great combos.
