Upper Body Workout



Hey Adrenaline Junkies,

What a week I am having already... I am feeling real great and having some awesome workouts, off to the gym in a few to kick up my workout a notch and I am going to try this 10's with 10's workout that I have posted here today!!!

Try this one out today... its an awesome arm blast.. your muscles will be burrrrning after your done! I love adding these punches into the mix it really shocks your body and changes up things which keeps the muscles guessing and results forming.

Have an excellent day and keep eating healthy and drinking lots of water. If its hot where you live and you are training outside it is so important to have water with you to stay hydrated!!!
