10 modifications of the pushup




Hey Adrenaline Junkies,

Today I am posting an older video we did but it is a great one, 10 different ways to do a push up and 10 reps of each. Try this one out along with an ab video for a great workout today. These pushups are awesome and you will definitely feel the burn. If you can try the 10 sets two times through with a break inbetween.
