Killer Suicides


Hey Adrenaline Junkies!!!

Its a new week and I hope you are all feeling as excited and as motivated as I am! It's easy to make mondays suck..and feel sad that the weekend is over or maybe you didn't get everything you wanted to done but it's just as easy to be happy that its a new week and you can set some new goals to push yourself through!! You really gotta be thankful everyday and make it your best everyday!

Todays workout is Killer Suicides, try them out.. very easy to set up and the workout is amazing. Use pylons or anything really as markers and decide on some drills for each pylon and how many reps you want to do at each pylon. 5-10 -20 whatever really.. and push hard through each set always coming back to the starting pylon. Try getting through it 2-3 times and then finish this workout with some ab drills!!!
