Today's video is a pretty cool combo of a few exercises, there are many variations to add to this combo and I will show you some more soon. This is an advanced exercise so be very careful doing it but it is also a lot of fun. The pushups at the top are very hard so you have to start off very small like only dropping down an inch or two. This isn't something that is ever really needed to be done, especially for people training for weight loss but it is a neat combo to do for strength and power drills.
I love the star pushups they are my favourite pushup.
