Beach workout




Hey Adrenaline Junkies,

Todays post is a clip from our beach training... if this doesn't inspire you I don't know what will!! If you have a beach or some sand by your house I would definitely take advantage of it. It bring working out to a whole other level and will push you to your goals that much faster!! Anything done on dry land can be done in the sand. Running, power squats, lunges...pushups, 1 leg drills... it's endless!!

Try it out and let me know how you did and how you felt after!!! I am so proud of the Junkies that came out yesterday for our first beach workout...you guys were amazing!!!

Let's stay motivated Junkies... this life is not a practice run!!!
