Upper body - slow movements



Hey Junkies,

Ok today is all about SLOW movements!!! Its an awesome way to train...ok it really sucks at the time but the results are awesome. For athletes, bodybuilders , weightloss and toning!!! This is great for everyone to add to their weekly routines, its definitely a different feeling and its hard to not give up and drop the weight but just dig deep and push through it!!

Try this out.. add some of your own moves just remember you have to use lighter weight and be very aware of your form, working in front of a mirror is the best way to do it!!!
